Managing your subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.
Head to the Billing section of your dashboard and choose Manage Subscription. This opens a secure Stripe portal where you can change plans, update your payment method, or cancel at any time, you never enter card details directly into AutoAFK.
Changing plans
Switching to a higher plan applies immediately and gives you access to the extra bot slots right away, Stripe will prorate the difference on your next invoice. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period instead, so you keep your current limits until then.
What happens if I cancel
Your bots stay online until the end of your current billing period. After that, accounts over your plan's bot limit are paused until you resubscribe or remove accounts, nothing is deleted.
Invoices and receipts
Past invoices are available from the same Stripe portal under Billing History, they're also emailed to you automatically each time a payment goes through.
