Why is my account offline?
Common reasons a account disconnects and how to bring it back.
Bots most commonly go offline because the server kicked them (for AFK detection, a restart, or a ban) or because the linked Minecraft session expired. Check the bot's console for the disconnect reason before trying to reconnect, it usually tells you exactly why.
Common disconnect reasons
A few patterns come up again and again: anti-AFK plugins kicking idle players (try enabling Physics so the bot moves around), the server restarting for a scheduled reboot or update, or the account being banned or whitelisted off the server. If every account you own drops offline at once, it's more likely a worker issue on our end than something wrong with your setup.
Reconnecting
Open the account and press Connect again to reconnect. If the session has expired you'll be asked to re-link the account through Microsoft rather than being connected straight away.
Still offline?
If reconnecting doesn't stick and the same disconnect reason keeps showing up, it's worth double-checking the server address, port, and version in the Connect panel, a mismatched version is a common cause of repeated failed connections.
